TENJU:
Tenju is located in MIKI, a city in Japan between the city of Himeji, hosting the famous and most beautiful Himeji castle and the modern city of Osaka. Miki is located in an area known for their top quality manufacturers of saws. The region manufactures 65% of the handsaws in Japan and has inherited the millenary tradition of the Black smiths, masters of swords and blades.
Tenju works on accuracy to 1/40th of a millimetre making blades highly resistant and flexible. They give the smooth cut surface that is indispensable to maintain the health of the tree, prevent viral infections and delay decay.
Hard Impulse Hardening:
The teeth of the TENJU pruning saw are hardened up to 850HV to 1000HV, which is the greatest degree achieved on carbon steel, while leaving the core of the saw blade with no further hardening treatment. This makes the TENJU saw blade strong to resist buckling or attempt to breaking while staying sharp much longer than conventional blades.
Anti-rust treatment :
TENJU blades are plated with Nickel Phosphorous to protect the blade from rust and corrosion.
TENJU EXPORTS:
Tenju is already well known in Japan being major supplier to many of the largest fruit growers. Now in an exclusive partnership with ECCS, a Swiss company already serving fruit growers and exporters globally, TENJU is now expanding and searching for partners to sell in their region the Japanese famous Tenju pruning saw.
